Hello, my name is Leah Hepburn, and I am an Integrative Counsellor with a background in Complementary Therapies, holistic wellbeing, and care.

As a chronic pain warrior living with AuDHD, I have created a safe and supportive space for others facing similar challenges. I understand how difficult it can be to feel lost, adjust to a new way of living, and grieve the life you once envisioned. Overcoming the obstacles of pacing and managing energy can be tough, but setting small, achievable goals and short-term plans for rest and recovery can make a real difference.

Each session is tailored to your needs on the day. Everyone experiences life’s challenges differently, so whether you have a diagnosis or are still navigating the process, I am here to listen and support you. If you are a parent or carer seeking a non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts and feelings, Pause Counselling is here for you.

My counselling room is on the ground floor, with ramp access and ample parking, making it accessible for those with mobility needs. I offer a unique, compassionate space to help you work through your thoughts and emotions.
